Potential January Targets for Revolutionized NUFC

Published

After the very much awaited takeover of Newcastle United FC earlier this year, the January transfer window seems the first opportunity to apply this new found wealth to bring in players which will set up the Saudi ran reign of the historical football club. New boss Eddie Howe seems to have his eye on a list of potential targets to bring in at the start of 2022 with his £200m budget.

Those among the more likely rumors’ are names such as Man Citys Oleksandr Zinchenko, Man United’s Donny van de Beek, Jesse Lingard and Dean Henderson, Athletico Madrid’s Kieran Trippier, Watford’s Ismaila Sarr and even a potential bid for Tottenham’s Dele Alli.

Its hard to come across a player which NUFC aren’t linked with at this moment due to the mass hype surrounding the takeover meaning for the first time in what seems forever Newcastle will be competing in bidding with the premier league’s big six.

For the first time in 14 years it is most definitely an exciting time to be a Newcastle fan.
